Public Wi-Fi is more public than it looks
When you join a café or hotel network, whoever runs it can see which sites you visit, and so can anyone on that network who knows where to look. Your internet provider keeps a record too.
Without a VPN
- The Wi-Fi owner can see the sites you visit
- Your provider keeps a record of them
- Websites can tell roughly where you are
With SiliconVPN
- They only see a scrambled connection to us
- We don't keep a record either
- You choose which country you appear in
What you get

Questions
The short answers to what people ask most.
Is SiliconVPN a real service?
No. SiliconVPN is a concept project made to show landing page design. There's no app to download and no real VPN behind it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Basic is free forever and doesn't need a credit card. Upgrade whenever you want more locations or devices.
Does SiliconVPN keep logs?
No. Your browsing, connection times and IP address are never recorded or shared.
Which devices does it work on?
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, plus routers. Premium covers up to 10 devices at the same time.
Will it slow down my internet?
Barely. SiliconVPN uses the WireGuard protocol and fast servers, so on a good connection most people won't notice a difference.
What happens if the VPN disconnects?
The kill switch pauses your internet until the VPN is back, so nothing is ever sent unprotected.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract, and every paid plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
