I opened this café in 2024 with one rule: nobody gets rushed. Make the coffee properly, bake the pastries every morning, and let people stay as long as they like.
Our beans come from small farms in Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala, and we roast a fresh batch every week. If you're not sure what to order, just ask. Talking about coffee is my favourite part of the job.
